Out of all the Starbucks in Kent, this is by far the best. Staff is very friendly. While there isn’t a drive-thru, that’s not why you go to this Starbucks in Kent. You go to chat with friends and study over coffee. It’s much more unique than your average Starbucks!

Coolest Starbucks I've been too. I frequent there, and it doesn't get old how neat the retrofitted building is. Great, friendly, and quick service.

Near the Kent State Fashion building (the new modern Starbucks, not the “chalet” one). The parking lot configuration is a bit inconvenient as when you come out of the drive thru after getting your order, you have to go around the building to exit (you can’t exit out of the drive that is literally right there, it’s an entrance only). It’s tricky to get back to a light if you want to make a left. But they are usually quick, even if there’s a line and the quality is good. The baristas are friendly as well.

Way better options in Kent. This place was much better when it was a locally owned coffee shop that catered to the local art and music scene. Corporate places like this have gentrified Kent, turning it into Anytown, USA. There are no less than 5 Starbucks in Kent now, how many is too many?
